Its been a while since I checked in, and I don't think I've updated my ticker in wayyyyyyyyyy too long. I've lost 75 lbs and need to get on the stick with exercise and following my program/using my tool so that I can go ahead and lose my remaining weight. Just wanted to pop in and say hey and that I think about you all even if I don't get on much to chat!
